TRAME VESTIBULAR THERAPY

Vestibular Rehab (VR) is an exercise-based physical therapy program to reduce the symptoms of dizziness and loss of balance associated with vestibular (inner ear) disorders. Sometimes vestibular rehab is called vestibular therapy and balance therapy.

Vestibular rehab therapy uses specific exercises or maneuvers that can eliminate or significantly reduce symptoms of vestibular disorders. While dizziness is commonly treated with medications, these merely suppress symptoms without necessarily addressing the core issue. Addressing the underlying cause is our goal.
